Every morning, you’ll receive an email containing the workout for the day. The email will contain the duration of each block, the exercises in each block, an explainer on how to complete the daily workout and an easy-to-follow workout video. All you have to do is click the link and crush the workout, as often as possible.

Anterior workouts target the muscles located on the front side of the body, such as the chest, shoulders, abdominals, and quadriceps. Working these muscles will help improve posture, enhance overall strength, and create a balanced physique when combined with posterior workouts.


Posterior workouts target the muscles located on the backside of the body. These include the back, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. Strengthening these muscles is essential for maintaining balance, posture, and overall functional strength.


Athletic conditioning exercises typically include multiple aspects of fitness such as strength training, plyometrics and agility exercises. These workouts focus on the complete athletic profile and are designed to improve strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

Are there any recurring payments?

What equipment do I need to complete the workouts?

Every workout will consist of bodyweight exercises and dumbbell exercises. High intensity exercises get more difficult as the rep ranges increase, so we recommend having three sets of dumbbells. This will allow you to lift heavier or lighter depending on your needs throughout each exercise and ultimately get the most out of each workout. If you only have one set of dumbbells, give them a try and you’ll know during the first workout if you should acquire heavier or lighter dumbbells!

How much should my dumbbells weigh?

This is a tough question to answer because there is a lot of variables. However, the vast majority of members use dumbbells between five and 30 pounds. If you’re unsure of which dumbbells to purchase, we recommend starting with five or 10 pounds and working your way up as you progress. This will ensure that your workouts are always challenging even as you become increasingly fit and used to high intensity workouts.

Are high intensity workouts good for people who are overweight or out of shape?

Yes! The great thing about high intensity workouts is that the term “high intensity” is relative. What might be high intensity for one person, may be low intensity for another. All that matters is that you’re pushing yourself during each workout so that it is high intensity for you. With that said, it’s always wise to consult a physician before starting any fitness plan, especially when you have concerns of your health.

How are the workouts delivered to me?

Currently, we are delivering the workouts via email. Each workout is crafted by a personal trainer and it’s a time-intensive process to develop each workout so that it builds on previous workouts while allowing muscles to recover from recent workouts. But rest assured, all workouts are delivered by 4:00 a.m.! The emails themselves contain all the important information needed to maximize your workouts. They also contain a link to a video of the workout that is easy to follow-along and can be played on any device with a data or internet connection.

Will it work for me if I don’t work out consistently?

One of the main factors that led us to creating this program was the fact that it’s difficult for most people to commit to a workout routine and dedicate the hours needed to drive to a gym, workout and drive home. Most members find that they work out more than ever now that they only need to set aside 30 or 40 minutes a few times a week. If you can find 30 to 40 minutes just two to four days per week, you will definitely see and feel the results.
