Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices may fluctuate.
Flat rate and free shipping: We may offer flat rate shipping prices, free shipping, or reduced shipping based on order size, order amount, or membership status.
Local delivery & pick-ups
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or pick-up services. All orders will be processed and shipped via courier.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the Canada and Mexico. If you require international shipping to an unlisted country, please contact us at hello@freshgains.com. We process international orders on a case-by-case basis and the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and any other associated costs (duties, taxes, etc).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@freshgains.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Generally, we are able to ship to P.O. boxes. In rare occasions, we may cancel orders shipped to P.O. boxes if we are unable to deliver the order as some couriers have limitations when delivering to P.O. boxes.
