Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz shredded triple cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup butter lettuce
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a jumbo cooker or skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and brown, approximately 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Reduce to low-medium heat
  • Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine, then cook for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Serve over tortillas with lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese or other desired toppings.
