- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 8 oz shredded triple cheddar cheese
- 1 cup butter lettuce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a jumbo cooker or skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and brown, approximately 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Reduce to low-medium heat
Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine, then cook for approximately 3 minutes.
Serve over tortillas with lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese or other desired toppings.
