One Pan Steak Fajitas Tacos Recipe

- 1 lb sirloin, skirt flank, or hanger steak
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, cumin, salt and pepper (Reserve about 2 tbsp to season the vegetables).
Slice steak into strips and coat with the seasoning blend.
Toss the bell peppers and onion in the reserved seasoning blend.
In a large jumbo cooker or skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and allow to warm. Add the veggies and cook until softened. Approximately 5 minutes. Set aside.
Add 1 tbsp oil to the jumbo cooker or skillet, allow to warm. Cook the steak strips until cooked through (when the internal temperature reaches 145°F).
Return veggies to the pan and combine. Drizzle with lime juice.
Assemble fajita tacos, then serve.
