Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz jar of dill pickle spears
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Drain pickles, then pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, put flour.
  • In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, water and hot sauce.
  • In a third bowl, combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
  • Coat pickles in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and then into the bread crumb mixture. Press bread crumbs as needed so they adhere.
  • Spray each pickle with cooking spray, then place in the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until brown and crispy.
