- 24 oz jar of dill pickle spears
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- cooking spray
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Drain pickles, then pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, put flour.
In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, water and hot sauce.
In a third bowl, combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
Coat pickles in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and then into the bread crumb mixture. Press bread crumbs as needed so they adhere.
Spray each pickle with cooking spray, then place in the air fryer in a single layer.
Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until brown and crispy.
