- 4 jalapenos
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Cut jalapenos in half, lengthwise. Remove seeds and veins.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, and ranch.
Use a knife to fill the jalapenos with the mixture.
Top each jalapeno with 3 pepperonis.
Wrap each jalapeno in one slice of bacon.
Set air fryer to 325° F. Line jalapeno poppers in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool, then serve or place in meal prep containers.
