- 4 boneless chicken breasts large
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper then stir.
Generously season the chicken breasts on both sides.
Add the broth and olive oil to the slow cooker, then lay the chicken breasts on top (try to avoid overlapping the chicken).
Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on low or 2 hours on high. The chicken breasts are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove and place onto a cutting board or baking sheet. Cover the chicken breasts with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice the chicken breasts and serve.
