Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thin chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz jasmine rice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place chicken on a baking sheet or dish, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  • Sprinkle seasoning blend on the chicken breasts. Pat/rub chicken to ensure they are fully coated with seasoning.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
