- 1 lb thin chicken breasts
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz jasmine rice
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Place chicken on a baking sheet or dish, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Sprinkle seasoning blend on the chicken breasts. Pat/rub chicken to ensure they are fully coated with seasoning.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
