Quick Egg and Cheese Bagel Recipe

  • 1 jumbo cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 6-12 slices pepperjack cheese
  • 8 oz shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 6 bagels
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Add the olive oil and whisk to combine until the whites and the yolks are completely homogenous.
  • Heat a jumbo cooker over medium heat. Unless using a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp olive oil or coat the pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the scrambled egg mixture into the pan and stir with a spatula.
  • As the eggs begin to set, add the shredded cheese. Then mix/flip.
  • Toast bagels, if desired.
  • Form eggs into bagel-sized pieces, place slice of pepperjack cheese on top. Turn heat to low and allow cheese to melt.
  • Add eggs to bagels, then serve.
