  • 1 Medium 4+ Quart Cooker Pan with Lid

Ingredients
  

  • 1.01 lb thin sliced chicken breast sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 20 oz grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 6 oz butter lettuce
  • 8 oz triple cheddar shredded cheese
  • 6 oz chicken broth
  • 8 oz ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces, halve the grape tomatoes and slice the cucumbers.
  • In a medium skillet with a lid over medium heat add the chicken broth.
  • When the broth heats, add the chicken. Cook for 4 sides on each side or until fully cooked.
  • Turn off heat and allow the chicken to cool.
  • Line meal prep containers with lettuce, then add equal amounts of the remaining ingredients.
