- 1.01 lb thin sliced chicken breast sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 20 oz grape tomatoes halved
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 6 oz butter lettuce
- 8 oz triple cheddar shredded cheese
- 6 oz chicken broth
- 8 oz ranch dressing
Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces, halve the grape tomatoes and slice the cucumbers.
In a medium skillet with a lid over medium heat add the chicken broth.
When the broth heats, add the chicken. Cook for 4 sides on each side or until fully cooked.
Turn off heat and allow the chicken to cool.
Line meal prep containers with lettuce, then add equal amounts of the remaining ingredients.
