- 3 lb baby potatoes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Slice potatoes into quarters or halves so that the cut potatoes are roughly the same size, then place in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle potatoes with seasonings and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic and pour over potatoes.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
